From the aerospace research comes the aluminium alloy worked in a thermic way with the “scandium”: The changes at molecular level are so important to rise considerably its mechanical properties and obtain performances much higher than whichever other aluminium alloy. Moreover, the scandium alloy reacts better to the welding, giving consequently larger guarantees during the assembling phase. For all this properties, the sc7000 alloy is used in production of the most technical tubes, characterized by high breaking loads and considerable stiffness, also with very reduced thickness.Ulisse rc uses the rear carbon triangle rc2 carrera that exalts reactivity and stiffness.The main characteristics of this frame are the tubes oversize aesthetic, high stiffness performances, reduced weight and superior riding comfort.The tubes assembling permits the customized production.
