1. Choose your clothing
Select your style of team clothing and any accessories you will need. Order all garments together when you submit the completed order form.
2. Custom Team Quote
Contact Alyson for your personal team custom quote. alyson@redroseimports.com or call 1-866-708-0884. All we need to know is quantities per item and how many colors your design will have.
3. Collect your team information
Collect your team’s sizes and quantities. Sample kits are available. Sizing charts on website.
4. Art Work Requirements
Art work will need to be submitted in an adobe illustrator vector format with all type outlined. Colors will need to be specified in the pantone matching system (solid coated). Files can be e-mailed or sent on CD. Nalini templates are available upon request. Once your art work is submitted Nalini’s art department will send your design back for your final approval.
No bitmap art will be accepted and additional design fees may be applied to convert any non vector logos. Call if you have any questions and our in-house art department will help you.
5. Pricing and Payments
A 50% deposit is required when you place your team order with art work. Visa & Mastercard accepted. The balance is due once we receive your order. Delivery: 60+ days from order, design and deposit.
6. Approve your design
After submitting your design, you will be sent one final pdf prior to production for your approval. We will need a confirmation via email or fax so that we can get your clothing scheduled for production. Normal production time is 60-65 calendar days. Production starts when your artwork is approved, your order form has been signed and the 50% deposit has been received.
