1. Choose your clothing
Select your style of team clothing and any accessories you will need. Order all garments together when you submit the completed order form.
2. Collect your team information
Collect your team’s sizes and quantities. It helps to get everyone together at one time. Use this information book for sizing and styles or download a pdf on line at www.redroseimports.com (select Nalini Custom). Sizing kits are available upon request. Please plan ahead so that we can have them in time for your meeting.
3. Finalize your order form
Use the suppled order form or download it from our website. Fill out and sign the form, mail or fax the completed order form along with a 50% deposit to:

4. Send us your artwork
Mail or email us your team’s artwork. Remember, our graphics department can help you design your jersey. Please follow the guidelines for submitting art (art requirements). All artwork will need to be in vector format (Adobe Illustrator file).
5. Approve your design
After submitting your design, you will be sent one final pdf prior to production for your approval. We will need a confirmation via email or fax so that we can get your clothing scheduled for production. Normal production time is 60-65 calendar days. Production starts when your artwork is approved, your order form has been signed and the 50% deposit has been received.
Pricing and payments.
A 50% deposit is required when your signed order is sent in. The balance is due when your order ships. Deposits can be paid by check or credit card (Visa® or Mastercard®)
You will have two hours of free design time to help in designing your clothing. Any additional design time is $40 per hour.
Artwork requirements.
Art work will need to be submitted in an Adobe Illustrator vector format with all type outlined. Colors will need to be specified in the Pantone Matching System (Solid Coated). Files can be emaied or sent on CD. Email the attached file to:
