The Zeffiro VCT is made with the latest composite innovations:
- Unidirectional high module carbon (T700) which gives the frame great stength and rigidity
- Vectran, a superfibre that is two times stronger and five times lighter than steel. It has excellent resistence against bending, cuts and stretching
- Kevlar which gives it great toughness to the frame in case of crashes and falls
- Boron/Carbon, a very hard and rigid new composite, which under the shape of 4-5 mm wide stripes, is placed in the zones of the frame more subjected to torsional stress
The result of this mix of fibres is a frame extremely rigid against torsional and side stress and gives the bicycle very good stability during high speeds, high efficiency during pedaling.
